A person who is helpful and friendly can easily be promoted regardless the level.
We DO NOT promote by level, but by the person and character itself.
HOW IT WORKS:
if you are noticed in faction to be a notable, friendly and helpful member, our officials will contact the leader who will have the final word about the promotion.
however promotions depend on the vancancies available to the post
